Chancel Choir
The Chancel Choir is a traditional mixed-choir that uses music to share God’s love with those attending the traditional 11:00 worship service.
We also make special musical presentations for Christmas and Easter. Come sing or play an instrument you love!
This group is open to anyone interested. Music reading is not necessary.
Rehearsal times are Wednesday evenings at 7:30 and Sunday mornings at 10:20. If you can't make the Wednesday night practice, don't worry...Bryson can get the music to you to practice at home.

Praise Band
The Mission of the First United Methodist Church Praise Team is :
“To delight in worship for the pleasure it brings to God and to express praise for who God is and what He is doing in our lives”.
The Praise Team enjoys leading worship each Sunday morning during the 8:30am Contemporary Service. The music they enjoy bringing is a mixture of Contemporary Christian standards, newer Praise and Worship material, as well as textural elements of Southern Gospel and Traditional Hymns.
The Praise Team is an auditioned band. If you are gifted in the area of music ministry, and would like an opportunity to audition please contact Lori Gilkinson, the Praise Team leader.
