Royse City Methodist Church holds to these basic orthodox beliefs held by Christian Churches throughout the ages.
- We believe in God the Father and Creator of us all.
- We believe in Jesus, God’s only begotten Son, whom God sent as our teacher and example.
- We believe that Jesus Christ has redeemed humanity.
- We believe in the power of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit enables each of us to become more like Jesus.
- As believers, we claim these three: God, the Father; Jesus, the Savior; and the Holy Spirit. These three are known as the Trinity.
- All of these are gifts of God’s grace, God’s love for not only you and me, but for all of His children.
